...but I don't know how. I'm about to align a crosscut sled that I'm building, so I need to make sure the blade is dead on. Looks like it's about 1/64" off from the front to the back of the blade. Can someone point me to a diagram showing how to adjust it? I've learned a ton from online sources, but haven't come across this yet.

Thanks.

You should have instructions on how to do this in the instruction manual that came with the saw. This proceedure varies quite a bit between conractor and cabinet saws as well as benchtop machines. If you post what kind of saw you have you may find someone with that model who has experience in this.

Thanks for the article. Looks like you really went in depth. Hopefullly, I won't need all of the article. I just found an exploded diagram of my saw on Delta's site. Need to print it out and start figuring out which bolts I need to adjust. Your photos are great, but for a newbie like me, they're a little too close up, not sure quite what I'm looking at. Thanks all for your help.

Hello ajosephg and steiner. I'm new to this site, living in Reno, NV, retired and am slowly getting into some woodworking. I acquired a Rockwell 34-607 table saw last year and am in need of aligning the blade as steiner was. This is my first post. I would have liked to send either of you a message but the site only allows the messages after the message sender has made 5 posts. So, I'm not there.

I would appreciate very much ajosephg, the same article you passed on to steiner detailing the aligning of the blade.

Thank you very much, best regards, Jim

If you CAN find a PALs system that fits your TS it comes highly recommend. You just cant nudge, hammer and band the loose Blade ass. with the bolts loose then expect to tighten the trunnions bots up and expect the ass. not tot shift then I go some Swap land for you.

Or you can look at how their work and make your own. I ordered my pals for the Ridgid R4512. They diddnt fit because the news trunnion bolts are 10mm and not the older 9/16 which the PALs were made for. But buy playing with them I figured out how to make some from items from Home Cheapo.

Heres a image I made of how I made mine
