I have a 1993 (I think), also a CL find. Mine didn't come with one, as you could imagine from Loren's comment above. It is easy to retrofit them with splitters though. Real easy. There is a spot for the stock blade guard and anti-kickback claw deals to attach to. The previous owner of my saw attached a small piece of steel to it sticking straight up through the ZCI he had made. Works pretty well, except it won't adjust up and down with the blade. Check my shop pictures and you can barely see the little slot behind the blade slot in the ZCI on my saw. That is where mine goes.

Considering how seldom many of us will tilt the blade,
a splitter mounted in a throat plate is an easy retrofit.

There are one or two aftermarket riving knife kits available.
Not all users have been that happy with them.

The issue is that the arbor rises and falls in an arc. In order
to make the knife stay in a consistent relationship to the
blade, a fussy pivoting widget must be made for a
retrofit.

Fitting a riving knife to a saw is far simplified in the rare saws
in which the arbor travels straight up and down on dovetailed
ways.
