Does anyone have any plans or directions on how to make an Irish Celtic knot cutting board? I'm new to the wood working world and would love to make one for my dad. Thanks

In this case, google is probably your friend. This Youtube video will walk you through making a standard end grain board laid out in a celtic knot pattern. Other than having to be a little careful with the strip glue ups to get the right patterns and to do 4 or 5 strip layouts instead of a single one like you would for a checkerboard layout, its the same build process for any end grain board.
One thing I like about this video is the tools are all pretty standard hobby tools.
