Making flowers using maple wood

I got through building the inside of this project, studied it for a few days hanging on the wall then decided I better try to create something to keep little fingers away from the intricate things . So the box type of frame was made...some pieces are still above the top of the frame which would make it hard to ship it so I guess it will be one of the things I die with.
Everything but the humming birds is maple wood and they are of glass which I have had these for a few years trying to figure out how I could use them..
All the colors were applied using the air brush and very little water base color... again, this picture was the inspiration

Steven, I thought of a glass front since my wife has lot of glass in all those racks but my thinking at that time was it would end up looking like a deep egg create but I do have enough trim to extent the wood out past the flower petals and the humming bird wings and still have it where I could slide the glass out one side in case I ever need to get in there.
Right now I have it hanging about 7 or 8 foot up so maybe my grandkids can't jump up that high!!!!
