OK - I found a used Delta 36-820 nearby and it appears to be in great shape. It comes with a Biesemeyer fence system as well as the Biesemeyer T-Square 78-960 blade guard.
It was bought new in 1997 and doesn't appear to have been abused especially after talking to the owner. Was wondering about the reliability, maintenience and used price.

I'm going to do something today (Monday 6/23/14 )

Thanks

maybe this will work - I'm pretty sure the fence and guard will be for sale tomorrow. I'm going to put my Incra table saw fence on the Delta. Not sure I can live w/o the micro adjustment that the incra gives me

I ended up making a package purchase. The po had made Arts and Crafts furniture and had his house completely furnished - impressed is not strong enough !
He was moving and had to dispose of all of his larger pieces so he offered a package on them. After a few minutes of discussing the bottom dollar I ended up getting
1 - 12 1/2" Delta table top planer
1 - 14" Delta Band Saw
1 - 10" Delta Unisaw
1 - Biesemeyer Fence system
1 - Biesemeyer 78-960 table saw blade guard
1 - older Sears Drill Press
1 - 10" bench top table saw on steel legs
1 - new ueritas twin screw bench vice
1 - freud 6" stack dado set (complete)
1 - Delta 6" jointer model 37-190
1 - Superbar dial indicater with MasterPlate
jigs, fixtures, dust collectors, sled and various other wood related items.

Now I need to find the for sale section, gonna be a bunch of stuff for sale

Holy $%#! That is a haul! What did you pay for all that stuff?* By the way, I own that saw too and I love it.

I keep looking over my shoulder for the Sheriff to pick me up for theft.
Seriously, I probably paid too much but I wanted the saw, the other stuff was priced as a package and I just couldn't resist so I'm going to have a bunch of stuff for sale.
I got everything home, ran a 240volt line for the saw and installed my Incra LS fence system. The Fiesemeyer fence is for sale. I might be making a mistake for selling it but I'm totally comfortable with the LS fence. I especially like the micro adjustment for the type of work I do, don't have that with the fiesemeyer.
