widget.lumberjocks.com Not Working?

Dear Admin:

Issue 1)
When ever I try to use the widgets.lumberjocks.com/project/XXXXXX.jpg links to preview any embedded project, the widget fails to load. Doesn't work on 20-30 projects I checked, using IE or Chrome on Windows PC.

Issue 2)
On LJ page:

The Netvibes widgets offsite link(s) explaining widgets also fails to load anything useful:

Issue 3)
None of the embed this project modes ( LumberJocks | HTML | URL/IMG ) found on every project page generates any useful web codes that can be used on LJ. Hence, if you want to give another LJ credit for a project idea, can only be done by typing text and adding link manually.

Widget embedding tool is useless if it doesn't work?

For some reason, many of the older ones are not on the server. Brand new ones after my test project should work now.

As I mentioned above, with very few exceptions, they will only work AFTER I posted my test project here.

Oh, I misunderstood. Sorry Cricket. So it will only work with projects that are posted after your test project.

Thanks for checking, Nice to know it wasn't a problem on my end.

Understand legacy forum posts can be pain to manage (BTDTGTTS), but have to ask:

Is there any hope of recreating the missing widget files on server?

On surface, would think a server script would be able to grind through old projects and create any missing files?

So far it isn't sounding like it. One thing I am curious about though is if a person reuploaded their images if it would work. Just a thought right now…

Hmm, appears your curiosity is warranted:

I edited my most recent project post by removing old images, and uploading same 3 again, and I was able to preview. Let us see if widget works in thread:

It works in preview. Appears you uncovered one solution. ;-)
Now who wants to write a script to do same thing for all old posts? HeHe

Whenever I click on ANY of the above Photos, I go to the "Projects" Page to view ALL of the Info.
