At the last post on the page there is a button to see all posts, click it and ythen at the top it shows how many pages in the thread. Click on the last page and then scroll down to the end.

 

Or just post. It'll automatically go to the end.

 

If you go to the thread then "refresh" the page it goes directly to the last page.
