you still wanting to sell the omni? If so what comes with the jig, factory supplied accessories still with it?

It's just the jig and template. It uses regular dovetail bits and PC
guide bushings. It's a pro jig - most shops would just dedicate a router
to it and leave it set up to cut drawer box corners.

 

I have had the Omni 24" for years, as Loren said, it is a workhorse.

Seldom would you need more than 16" length unless you were making a blanket chest or similar.

 

I know it has been a while since the post, but do you still have the jig?

 

I do actually; a couple of people were interested but didn't follow through.

Is the jig still available? I got a 5116 thrown in with a bunch of other equipment on a Craigslist purchase. Only problem is the template is chewed up at the left side because the seller pulled the router out before it stopped turning. Porter Cable was selling the template a few months ago when I got it, so I was just waiting to purchase it until I used the jig, but now it is discontinued. I would love to have the templates if they are still available. Thanks in advance.

I didn't flake out, I am building my shop here all by myself, and have been so busy setting windows and coordinating the concrete pour that I haven't set aside time to respond to e-mails or anything else. I was taken back by your comments; the jig being no longer for sale is fine, I wish you success in all that you do.
