I've been wondering if the site is still operating. I haven't received a notification of a new topic or post for a long time. I have tried to message some of my old friends but never get a reply. All I have been getting is a not too frequent notification of a private message that turns out to bogus. What am I doing or not doing?

I think the problem is that I have not been following a particular post or project. I checked my profile and it is set to receive just about everything. As for the messages to buddies, I hate to think the worse. Anyone seen anything from "alongiron" or "Roger"?
Notification here come and go as they please. I use to get them all the time. Then they would come sometimes and not sometimes. Finally the quit coming at all for a year or two. Then about 2 months ago they started coming every day.

Well, one thing you may want to try is go to your email notifications and uncheck all the boxes and save changes, then exit. Then go back in, check all the boxes you want, and save changes, then exit. I work with computers, and a lot of times can't figure out the reason they go wonky, but sometimes a "reset" clears whatever the issue was.
