Yeah sometimes called contour scrapers or molding scrapers. I have a set that looks identical I got at Home Depot a while back. I use them for stripping stair rails and handles etc. they can actually take a decent edge on diamond stones and paired with a heat gun work wonders.

 

Yes, I have a couple of those profiles and they came with a heat gun.
