I have done plenty of glue ups with lumber, but I have only worked with solid slabs as of yet. It looks like I will be doing a glue up on two bookmatched oak slabs and I was wondering what the best method is to keep everything joined up level. I have several pipe clamps, a few parallel clamps, and some quick clamps. I am hoping to avoid damaging the edges. Any suggestions? Oh, and no, I'm not buying a domino yet. It is on the list though.
