It happened to me this AM. I'm not sure it was the same message, but I couldn't get into the site. It's not the first time it has happened, but it is not frequent. All is OK now.

 

The upstream errors are a known intermittent issue that the team is actively working on resolving for us.

Happened again a few minutes ago. I can get it to connect by "reloading tab" (Firefox), but as I go from message to message I frequently get the error again.
