I have an Emerson-made Craftsman 14" band saw that has served me well, but just today the piece that the alignment knob that adjusts the blade tracking on the upper wheel bears on snapped. See this picture:

I checked the parts diagram and found the part number, but can't find the part itself anywhere.
It's part #90 on the diagram, or part #823568 "Hinge Shaft".
I can't find that anywhere.
Am I completely screwed?
I suppose I could try epoxying it back together, but I can't imagine it will hold up, given the jagged break, limited glue surface, and the crappy metal its made of to begin with.
Anyone got any ideas on how I might fix or replace this? Given how many of those saws are out there, someone must have parts that'll fit. Emerson made a gazillion of these kinds of saw for everyone under the sun in the 80s-00s.
