It's an imported clone of the Delta, so just about any manual will be close enough - I'm sure you can figure out any minor differences there might be. Ditto on the fence - just about any aftermarket fence designed for the cast iron 14" saws should work.

Thanks Brad, I've been doing some U tubing since I posted this and see that fences and miter jigs are very generic.
I'm going to try and come up with a Delta manual that is as close as possible!

Older import band saws didn't come with or have fences available. You can look for an old Delta fence on ebay ($$ I reckon) or go with something like the Kreg fence.

The company in Taiwan (Yung Li Hsing Electric Works) that made that tool for the importer Foremost Tools in WA, is still making and selling tools new WW tools. Can always send them an email asking for a manual. Be sure to include model # and serial number.

Versions of that band saw were imported by many folks. This band saw summary might help explain.
If your saw is multi-speed model, then might be able to use Trademaster TMWA-14DM manual found on Routerforums

I just replaced the useless OEM Rockwell fence on my 1972 model with Grizzly's fence - like it very much as it i tall and ideal for resawing. Just $200+

 

Bstrom, did you need to make much of a modification to use Grizzly's fence?

 

None at all - it's designed to bolt up to popular 14" bandsaw - mated up to the Rockwell perfectly. Here it is with my outfeed table.
