Hi there, I am a retired health care professional, with a life-long interest in woodwork. I was taught the basics of woodworking at school in the 1960's, and taught myself fine woodworking techniques in the early 1980's. My focus is on small carvings of animals, solid wood models of vintage sailplanes and aeroplanes, and small trinket boxes. I mostly use hand tools and tend towards traditional methods of working.
