I am thinking of buying the Incra TS-LS fence, I have a PM66 table saw, Incra says for a TS 28” or wider to get their extention, for 28” or less the ext. is not needed, my table is 28” exactly, but the rails are more than 28”, should I get the ext with it, or do I not need it? does anyone have a PM66 with an Incra TS-LS? if so, did you need the ext?
thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer.

I do not have the PM66 but I do have the Incra TSLS 32
I have measured my TS and it is 27 inches front to back [ that is the actual table]... there is also enough room on the positioned base that runs between the rails to cover 28 and bit inches… so my advice would be to get the unit with out the extension pack…
Hope this helps..

thanks Larry, I remeasured my table, the flat polished portion is 27 15/16”, but there is more table beyond that, I am not sure where they measure from and to. but I think you are right, I may not need the ext.

thanks Joe and BC, hopefully I’ll be able to get the 52” next month, I have 2 clocks to finish and sell, then I’ll get it.
