The last time I tried cutting a circle I used my router table and it didn’t work out so good. This time I made a handheld router jig for cutting circles. It was super easy to make using some scrap plywood. The result: I got a perfectly sized wood circle for my project.

Here's a video building my circle cutting jig.

Nice! I admit that I just purchased the milescraft jig and like using a jig for cutting circles very much.
