New owner of a 1975 Rockwell 34-440 10” Contractor’s Saw.

I’m trying to replace the bearings and I can’t get the pulley end old bearing out. I’ve removed the pulley, the special nut, and the spanner nut. The pulley won’t budge. I’ve tried cutting a piece of PVC about the size of the bearing and tapping slightly—no movement. I’ve tried putting a bolt through a bearing sized washer, through the bearing, and through a washer larger than the bearing, and a nut. I’ve tighted the nut quite a bit, hoping it would act like a gear puller of sorts. No luck. Any idea how to get the pulley end bearing out? The blade end bearing came out easily with the arbor. (I haven’t tried yet to get it off the arbor.)
