Here are a few pics of my shop. It’s 3 meters wide by 4 meters long.
I took out the ceiling and got 40cm (a foot and half) space.
Although it seems I have a lot of hand clamps, there are never enough :-)
I am forever looking for ways to save/make space.

Ward, this is a nice looking shop. For those of us with smaller shop space is always an issue. Using the ceiling space is a good way to maximize your space utilization. And, of course, organization is a key element in making a shop more efficient. Your shop looks to be pretty well organized.
