Joiners Chest #1: The saw till/lid
So, I have been wanting a joiners chest for quite some time. I have read numerous articles and watched a ton of videos searching for the “right” design. Last week, I decided to just start making one and wing it. I’m a fairly sharp guy so I figured that going on without a plan/design just might work. The good news, so far it is. My friend owns a millwork shop where they build interiors for Viking Yachts. Not having cut dovetails by hand (yet) I did a favor for him and he cut the box with dovetails on his CNC machine.
