Hello again, In the previous posting, a wise questioner asked about planning. It is a royal pain and you should plan for a full year’s work. I want to show the development of the house from the start and here are the elevations and plans. You couldn’t copy these and build it again so I don’t care about intellectual ownership. Part 3: The Pit

SO we showed the design and I moaned about a few things, let’s look at construction. This is early November 2015They dug the pit right away after demolition. In fact forms were up and ready to go before City approval just to stay on time..that is really common to do as City can be slow.
