Topic tags/keywords: sketchup photo Do you have to output the image into a standard graphic format (jpeg)? This is from a question asked by Canadian WoodChuck…. http://lumberjocks.com/jocks/CanadianWoodChuck#first-new -- We must guard our enthusiasm as we would our life - James Krenov |

That is the easiest way to just show your entry (I read your entry on CWC’s question). In my blogs, I just output a few different views and stored them on flickr. However, to get the full impact of one’s drawing (being able to see it from any angle), it’s probably best to post the sketchup file on the public area, 3D Warehouse, that Google provides. This is done via export from Sketchup as well. Read the how to first though. Here is the Google link to 3D Warehouse: http://sketchup.google.com/product3dwh.html Here is a link to their “How To” section: http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=8589 NOTE:_ A google account is required but these are easily established if you don’t have one. -- Jeff, St. Paul, MN |

I just hit Print Screen, then paste into any graphics program to resize/crop as necessary. I think Caliper’s post would pretty much slam the door on the “complete and accurate,” replies. -- You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation. (Plato) |
