Topic tags/keywords: finishing I must be doing something wrong. I can’t seem to camouflage the saw cuts on the boxes I make. I know I have to use the dust from the sanding of the box and add glue but so far I can’t seem to make one disappear. Any ideas. TKS -- Dudley Young USN Retired. Sebastian, Fl. |

a picture might help others see the cause for the apparent cutline – is it an uneven cutline? an unclean cutine? a chamfer/bevel on the cutline? -- ㊍ When in doubt - There is no doubt - Go the safer route. |

I just used good clamp pressure and creative clamping for the Bandsaw box in my projects….. pictures would help if you can post them -- Hrolfr |
