Good day ....If you don’t have the Sawboard, you can make this jig from Plywood/Melamine/MDF. I have one and instead of making a special board for cutting tapers, I used it as “double function” (you know that I love them cheap, easy and fast) The idea is not new and has many versions…this one is my version… Well, enough words…you have 34 pictures to see… :) Best regards |

Niki, Your work is inspirational! I may not always build the jig that you share with us, but I always get ideas and learn something. Thanks for all the education you give us. -- Tom, Surfside Beach, SC - Romans 8:28 |

KenHMT, 1. Niki died several years ago. He was a great member and even those of us who never knew him have benefitted greatly from the legacy of jigs and such that he left us here. 2. Looking at your activities on this site, I’m somewhat puzzled. Do you do ANY woodworking yourself? All I can see is somebody who seems to be sucking up the efforts of others and trying to make your site more valuable… Herb -- Herb, Florida - Here's why I close most messages with "Be Careful!" http://lumberjocks.com/HerbC/blog/17090 |
