Topic tags/keywords: sketchup design

So not sure if I’m allowed to do this, but I modified an existing design (to the best of my knowledge not available in any written plans) for a fishing rod holder to remove all but joints and screws and replace them with mortise and tenon joints. then I drew the design in sketch up from scratch, to try and learn the program. I actually want to build this so I was hoping someone with more experience than me could look this over and make sure I didn’t do anything silly when designing this. I apologize for some of the dimensions being hard to read. I’m new to the program, and only and discovered that it won’t let me reference a lot of things I wanted to for dimensioning..again I’m really new and want to learn so any pointers would be helpful. I was hoping to make this out of Aromatic Cedar.

So after I typed all that I just realized I can’t post PDFs… So not sure what I do now… If anyone is willing to take a look at them please shout me a message and I’ll try to get a copy to look over

Thanks again for all the help.
