I’m making a captains bed and need 8 pairs of drawer slides for the project. I notice that 28-inch slides from KV are less than half price on Amazon compared with other sources. Just curious if anyone has used them and with what results. The one I am considering is the Knape and Vogt Model TT100B28. |

One might consider making drawer guides out of wood. Mr. rojo has If you’re using the KV with the plastic ends on them I’ve heard they break I’ve had good luck with these kind and can recommend them from KV: HTH |

I’ve used lots of KV slides and had no issue with any of them. I have also used a lot of Woodtek slides from woodworker.com – they have good prices on case lots, too. -- Bill, Thomasville, GA |
