Making a clock, finish question

I’m making a simple clock composed of 9 octagons (1 octagon in the center where the hands stick out and 8 that surround). I’ve printed up pictures that cover each of the octagon faces. What’s the best way to finish this? Epoxy? My finish skills are almost non-existent. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
