Has anyone made one, if so where can I get the slicer parts? Are they hard to make?

Thanks in advance for your help.

John, I get my parts at Woodcraft. They are very reasonable, and easy to make. I use the scraps left over from making cutting boards. I don’t want to discard these scraps, and they are too small for other cutting boards, so, cheese boards are the perfect thing. The plan foe the Woodcraft ones call foe a 7” board. But they also have kits that make a larger 9” board.
