The bowl in a bowl is neat. I like how clean the lidded-bowl looks too.

Thank all of you very much.

On the lidded bowl I tapered the top to go down to match the bowl level.

The only finish is Deft oil finish and Beall buffing system.

terrific choice for form and function on both. nice clean finish. you let the wood speak instead of fancy beads and coves overpowering the natural beauty! OUTSTANDING!

Thanks Randy and Mike

All I know is I watch some DVDs and go out and try them. I do get really tired of going out and mounting some wood and going back in to watch again, then going out and trying, and going back in and watching again and again. My memory is so bad after last Mays Brain surgery.

I really would like to get a DVD system and a TV for out in the garage to watch and do and not all the going back and forth all the time.

But, Mike I engourage you and anyone elso to just try something. It was firewood in the first place and if you mess up it will be again. However, you will finally get better and better.
