I just got a Bosch 1617 EVSPK router for my Rokler router table. The fixed base that comes with it of course has the hex key for above table adjustment. I was so excited to get it installed but i’m having a problem. I unlock the motor to use the hex key to adjust bit height. However when i turn the hex key the bit height won’t change. If i take my router out and turn it right side up it can be adjusted. Am i doing something wrong? Please help.

Make sure that the cir clip on the lift shaft is in place. I had that same problem and found the cir clip was loose and had to replace it

that’s exactly the problem. How was the customer service from Bosch? I’m not spending more $ on a clip after $200. haha
