Hi – My wife has a co-worker who is trying to sell her dad’s tools at a fair price and I’ve been asked to help with 1 particular tool. It looks to me like a Dremel (rotary tool) proto-type. The manufacturer is Ralmike (NJ based or used to be a NJ company) and the flex shaft is Ralmike’s Tool – a -Rama cat# 6370

The owner stated she did a net search and found a stone attachment for $70. I told my wife the tool is a collector’s item and a Dremel with all types off attachments can be bought for that price.

The tool works – any input would be appreciated. Thanks…

Handheld power tools which are actually “collectible” in the sense of
fetching inflated selling prices at auctions are not very common.
Mostly old power tools are overweight and underpowered
compared to modern versions, not to mention parts
availability concerns.
