Topic tags/keywords: shaper tool resource

The deal was sealed last night.

I got a Poitras shaper- made in Canada! (Now owned by General)

It is in such good condition that the original machine & polishing marks are on the bed. 1930’s technology makes a beautiful machine. I will post pic’s as soon as my business partner gives me back my camera.

Picking her up tomorrow… I won’t sleep tonight. It has been a long time since I had a good shaper at my disposal.

If the guy I am getting it from is a member…. THANKS!

It always is an exciting time whenever we put a new tool in the shop. Nice find and enjoy yourself. I am looking forward to seeing the pictures.
