Has anyone ever tried to post pictures of your projects in the New Yankee’s at Work portion of The New Yankee Workshop website?

I have a couple of projects that I had done over the past few years that were built from plans that were purchased from that site. They have a section on the site where you can post pictures of your completed projects.

I’m never sure what the problem is, but they never get posted. Have sent them numerious transmissions, and emails over the years with no response. I was quite surprised that they dont respond since the show was always a great show and seemed well organized. They are quick to respond to purchases too.

Then I got thinking maybe they dont want photos of projects that have deviations from the original plan, although there are a lot of projects listed and many with deviations. It seems to me like their website operator is asleep or maybe parts of the site like this are just eye candy and they really dont care what anyone else builds. A disapointment for sure. Maybe a good place to stay away from when buying plans.

I’d suspect that they put very little resources into supporting a show that is off the air. I can see a point in the not too distant future that some management type will decide it is not worth keeping the website for sales open, and thus will end Norms presence on the web :-(

Yeah, I agree, although they havent really supported much of the website for years. They are only interested in the sales portion.
