Primary roller paper gets slack. The clip is in tact, the tape is in tact, the spring is not broken but slack. Everything appears to be ok, but something has changed. Unit has a 2008 manufacture date and I have owned since app. 2010., question, Has anyone had a similar issue and how did you fix it. Thanks

Drum sander paper loosens as it gets warm in use. The last drum sander I had I would use carpet tape on the drum to keep the paper in place. It would still loosen but the carpet tape would tolerate repositioning.

Dunno if that helps. Your question isn’t very clear.
