If poly works for you I would stick with it. You may not want to “polish” the acrylic as poly will need some texture to the surface to stick. I have had good luck with medium thick CA glue. If you use thin CA that may be your problem. I think it cures too quickly. Mylands works on items that are not handled as frequently as a pen. I find the human hand leaves oil and what ever on the pen and eventually it becomes “sticky” feeling. -- Les B, Oregon |
