Thanks everyone! Here’s a cocobolo box I (that is, my cnc mill) carved a few years ago. As for chatoyance, what got me started on the subject was an Etimoe coffee table I made a few years ago, which literally changes color under some lighting conditions. Unfortunately I have no pictures for that. I will post a thread with our results on wood chatoyance measurement. Paolo |
