That’s pretty darn good in this day and age. I paid less than half that for a nearly identical right tilt saw 10 years ago but the seller was moving from the frozen tundra to Florida and wanted the whole shop cleared out ASAP.

Yeah, I’d call it a good deal, but it doesn’t have the unifence. That’s a big deal to me,

I struggled with that too, the saw I bought had a Biesemeyer and my slighly older saw had a Unifence (+ a better motor) so the newer saw was sold.

I have that exact saw, w Biesemeyer fence. I plan to sell it too. I’m in Ft Myers I had the Unifence, liked it but when I moved I sold that saw and bought with the Biesemeyer.

How’s the used wood machine market down there? I’ve got a buddy immediately west of Cleveland that’s had it with the cold weather and all his equipment was a fire sale as he didn’t want to move it but does want to rebuild his inventory after he moves to Siesta Key permanently.

Big Block, there was a good used machine market. I bought a lot over the past 10 years, lately the pawn shops have a lot. Stolen? But craigs list here is not trustworthy. People mess with you. Tell you they will meet you at lows and then never show.

BTW _ I think you are near my sis in Greenville. Their neighbor’s son was selling speakers, meet was at HD at night. He became a gang initiation. Yes, shot to death. Be careful out there.

Looks like a good deal. It shouldn’t last long.

Yikes! Yes, I’m only 1/2hr from Greenville and while I’d never head down there to sell anything, I’ve stopped by a few places to buy something when I’m in the area. I did major divesting before I moved and given the size of the machines, it was at my house. That always made me feel a little uneasy but I was moving so that part was reassuring. I also made it very aware so if someone had buyer’s remorse a few months later, I wouldn’t be there for them to bother nor did I want whom ever would be buying our house to be bothered. CL here seems mostly dead, I’d say 50:1 marketplace:CL on deals that are actually worth looking into.

I wonder what my 1988 Uni will go for? It has the extension table, Unifence and a after market shorter fence. No one in the family has any interest.

i’d think it pretty much depends on the geographical area, and the need for someone to sell.
same in all goods imo, i picked up a used dump trailer today, new they are for a 6×12x 7500 gvw, around 6500.00, but this one brand new by a first time buyer, i got for over 1k less, with one trip on it. so…...deals are out there, but as with most buyers ,a fella or gal, wants what they want when they need it, not when its deal time.

at least thats usually been my issue, i see deals, but when i fry something or a big motor goes, never a deal in site.

there was a nice 1.5 hp craftsmand with router lift and large table with bismeyer today for around 750.oo decent deal for the hobbiest

How much does the trailer weigh empty, I’ve been looking for something like that but don’t want to buy something too big for a truck I might buy in 2-4 years. Too small presents equal but opposite use issues.

not sure i’ll have to check what manuf, says, we pull our present 6×12 dump with half ton silverados, which of course have break controllers, and my buddy put a gauge on trailer to watch when filling, as we all know concrete or wet sand weights more than general debris, and the drone laboroers never watch the fender over tire as an indication of ’’ oh wait, is the tire supposed to rub on fenders’’ really they do this stupid crap. anyhows, i’l check with the manuf ’’iron panther ’’ and see. i bought it to flip, hehe, and make some dugats for more wood hoarding. most trailers with double axles with 5 lug wheels are the light wieght, 6 lugs tires are usually a tad heavier, at least thats been my experience in buying trailers, as i buy and sell a lot, its a kinda disease i have. same with gun collections.

and cost of registration here in Az for under 12k is way less than the 12k and over.

happy monday
