Hey Vegas woodworkers!

I’m heading to Vegas for the next four days, is there any woodworking stores worth checking out? Any lumber stores that might have some cool hurls or something? Maybe an antique store that’s loaded with old tools?

Looking for recommendations. We’ll have time to kill mid day each day.

Jeri and Christian closed up and sold the building.

No woodworking stores or lumberyards worthwhile here in Vegas. Peterman’s Lumber will probably have a few exotic hardwoods, but not a lot.

Thanks fellas. I saw Peterman’s in my google searching but it didn’t look like it had anything special going on or a giant assortment like I’ve seen from other places around the country.

Looks like I’m out of luck on Vegas…probably not a good thing to head to Vegas with.

We might check it out Andre, we don’t really drink much or gamble much so we’ll fill the time messing around during the day and we have tickets to a couple shows at night that’ll be good. Plus lots of good food to be had in some of those places in Vegas.

Hmm, have driven to Vegas many times from So Cal. I have stopped at antique shops south of there, like in the no man ,ghost towns like Barstow , Baker, Henderson etc.

I’m coming from Arizona so I should pass many of the same ghost towns. I’ll keep an eye out. I’m pretty positive we will end up in some antique stores at some point. Hardly ever get anything but we have fun looking.
