False starts on SawStop jobsite saw?

About every third time I pull the paddle the motor hums and starts to turn and stops. I have to turn off the power and turn back on, wait for the error check and then can start normally. I guess I should be looking at the lights to “decode” the error but being in a hurry just reach down to reset. Any ideas what could be going on?

Call Sawstop Their customer service is outstanding.I used them once and they confirmed my suspicions and sent parts immediatly. I swear by them not at them.

I’ll do that Bruce but I will need to stop being lazy and actually read the trouble code first since that will likely be their first question.

You already answered your own question, CF. Without knowing the blink code, any answer you get here will just be a guess. Customer support has been great when I’ve called them. When you call, it’s best to be in front of the saw as they will probably ask you to go through trouble shooting procedures while on the phone with them.
