I have been looking for the Delta 36-725t2 contractor saw for some time. Have they been discontinued and where can I still find one?

that price seems too be on the high side, bought mine from lowes a few years ago on sale for less than 600 but with prices on the rise and short supplies maybe thats the going rate.id shop around and be patient.it is a great saw for the money.

I just checked the lowes website and they still have it for $649.99 which is the price I paid for mine a year ago.

Amazon get kind of crazy when things are not available anymore. I wanted a book (Stumpy Nubs) that I didn’t know was out of print and someone had it for sale for an obscene amount. And no I didn’t pay it, but I still got the book anyway.

Lowe’s seems to say that is incorrect. The site lets me add the saw to my cart.

For those that can’t read tiny pictures it says instore pickup ready in 9 – 13 days and Truck Delivery is available.

Um…......................that’s not exactly “available” in the truest sense.

Why don’t you just pull the trigger on that and see what the conformation says about deliver date. You ain’t gonna see a thaT saw in two weeks.

UPDATE: Hey thanks everyone for the replies on the delta 36-725t2. I talked to Delta and they said Lowe’s should have them in stock in late June. HOWEVER, I actually kept searching around different states and regions and found one available for order with a 1 1/2 hour drive to get it. 3 to 7 days. I checked and it is being prepared to ship. I don’t know why the stores in this region want let you order one. Thanks again. I’m really excited to get this saw.

I got mine I’m TN and I found some in stores in Georgia but you have to pick them up. I couldn’t order in my area either.

Glad you found one. I quite like mine. We’ve never had them in stock in KC. They don’t even have them out for display…at least not at the 3 Lowe’s I checked nearest me. Its always been order online and pickup instore or have it delivered.
