This site has been very helpful as I dive into woodworking, so I’m glad to contribute my first FYI to document the fact that Makita 194579-2 Router Guide Adapter for Guide Rail is compatible with the DeWalt DW618PKB Router and a Powertec track. You have to use the two smaller rods and insert them in one small and one large rod clamps. The router base is clamped to the rods using M6-1 screws, or you can get the Dewalt 608930-00 thumbscrews from a number of online sites, which is what I did.

If a lot of this proprietary stuff could be right in front of you to see it, a lot of the supposed one brand stuff would be pretty universal.

I think the one exception is Festool, also why people either love it (the system people approach) or hate it (FREEKIN $#!+ doesn’t fit anything else I have)
