Don’t know anything about the Nova modular tool rests … I have modular rests from Best Wood Tools ( https://bestwoodtools.stores.yahoo.net/tmotoresy.html ). They are solid, well engineered tools … recommend them highly. Bought them years ago when I had a midi lathe with 5/8” posts. When I got my big boy lathe, all I had to do was buy a set of 1” posts, -- Gerry -- "I don't plan to ever really grow up ... I'm just going to learn how to act in public!" |
