I am in need of some nose cushions for my Porter Cable nailers. Websites I have visited, including PC’s, indicate that they are no longer available. Does anyone have a source for these nose cushions and/or someone who 3D prints them? Specifically my models are:
BN200A (18 gauge brad nailer 2”)
NS150B (18 gauge narrow crown stapler 1.5”)
Thanks.

Thanks-I have already checked with ereplacements parts and they indicated that the nosepieces were discontinued.

I’ve run into the same problem with discontinued PC nailer parts. I have an older 15ga angle finish nailer that looks perfect inside, almost like it’s never been used and the upper piston bumper has disintegrated, no one has one anywhere. It could probably be made but it’s intricate enough and subject to enough abuse, it would be difficult to get right (as it apparently was for PC as well). I had a plethora of PC parts before I moved and culled the herd of many things I thought I’d never use. Post a picture and I’ll see if I might have one buried in my stash.
