That does seem like a pretty good deal, borderline too good. I hope it’s not someone having to fire sale everything to get away from that area.

Think it is fair to good deal range, not sure how safe it is in that part of the Country, any law enforcement left:)

It’s all about location, when I lived by the mistake on the lake, old iron (even not so old) was cheap and plentiful, now in a newer, growing area there’s less old stuff to pick from without heading to a large city, everything seems to be a sellers market now. Whenever I save something I might be interested in after the price re-enters the atmosphere, it’s gone quickly as someone’s apparently scooped it up. CL was ok up there, it’s almost completely dead down here, that may be an across the board shift away from CL and more toward FB marketplace, I dunno?

Table saws seems to have some price variability, 8” jointers all seem over priced from my perusings online, a worn out POS for under $700 will be gone in a day.

50 bux to someone who has a Delta, or Delta clone 14” BS, for a riser kit. That is a Fabulous price on NIB riser for someone. Worst case scenario is the pin alignment might not be dead on, and you have to grind the nubs off, like probably 1/2 the 14” BS out there with a riser kit. It’s the bolt that holds it all together.

Seattle woodworkers in need of tools, or an upgrade should be heading to this guys door. On everything he’s saying best offer, it’s the FIRM sellers where it’s no fun to go.

your right yeti on location, some area’s that will be over priced and some it will be gone tomorrow.i think since the pandemic a lot of guys are stuck at home with time on there hands and need a hobby to stay busy, and would rather save money and buy used.maybe a good time for me to get rid of a shaper i dont use?

I would take some of that if I weren’t on the East Coast. And the selection near me on Clist and FM is total crap. Anything good at a reasonable price is gone the first day

I would not go over $3000 for all those machines…$2500 might be a good starting offer The jointer looked pretty rusty. Was it left outdoors?

Looks like someone had to go back to work. Back to reality I would expect those machines to not be worth much. The pipeline from China is about to reopen.
The used market should be very good soon millions of people are finding out they can’t become a woodworker in 9 or 10 months.

I don’t think it’s a good deal for that area of the country. Federal Way, Washington is not to far from the Seattle area Grizzly home headquarters/store/warehouse/distribution center. If you go to Grizzly during their annual tent sale held in Seattle, Wa and Springfield, Mo., you could probably get it all that (new/returned/discontinued/dented/or refurbished new) for that amount of money right from Grizzly. For that amount of money.

I don’t “need” any of the machines but if you would offer $3000 then why wouldn’t you pay $3500? Maybe it’s just me but if I needed a complete suite of shop tools I’d buy it. First off, having everything in one location has got to be worth the saved aggravation of driving all over the Pacific NW to get them. Not to mention that sure, some may seem a little overpriced to some folks but by the time you go thru the hassle of finding, offering, missing, driving, inspecting, rejecting, and shopping some more it might take you a year to come up with a total cost savings of $500 on all of those tools. What is that, $50/ tool? My time is more valuable than that. JMHO. Plus he says they are in like new or barely used condition.
