Powermatic Houdaille Model 60 Jointer a good deal?

I’m just getting into woodworking and have been looking at planers and jointers and this came up on craigslist. I’m not sure if this is biting off more than I can chew but it seems like a good deal?

Asking $200 OBO

I’m not sure if this is 220V or 3 phase? The guy said it has a 220V plug. I don’t have 220 in my garage currently. Also not sure how i’d even get this off my truck.

I’ll need a team of people just to get it off my truck and into my garage. Then i’ll have to rip up the walls in my garage to wire 220V power to it.

I’ll take this opportunity to investigate in more detail what is required to run 220 through my garage to be more prepared next time something pops up like this.
