I looked up the address in Google Earth. It shows someone’s home residence. All the scams sites say it’s too new to make a determination.

I wouldn’t even click that one. The only time I have seen this type of deal work is when one of my teachers bought a Mercedes Benz for $100. He thought it must be a misprint and assumed it was 10k but it was loaded and worth a lot more. He asked the price and she confirms $100. He buys it and asked why the price? She said it is my husband’s car and he ran off with a younger woman. He asked me to sell the car and send him the money.

Here is corporate headquarters and the main warehouse according to google maps :)

It also appears to have been purchased in 2017 for around $300K. Deal breaker for me is it has a HOA :)
