Folded saw backs

I have searched this site a long time and I thought some of you may be able to help me with ideas on how to fold a saw back.

I currently cannot find any for sale. Florip Toolworks and TGIAG are not currently selling any. I did reach out to Blackburn Tools for a couple of slotted ones but I still want to fold some.

My rough idea is to bend a .093 260 brass strip in a shop press. Make or buy a recommended acute die and then press flat. I know there are different ways to do this though, some may be easier than others. You input and advice would be a great starting point.
