I finally made a decision to buy a Unisaw. I ended up going with a brand new unit, which didn’t have the fence/rails. 1. Biesemeyer 50” Looking to tap into the wealth of knowledge from this group here. You guys have been great so far. |

Very Super Cool Tools T-Square fence is also a great option. You can buy them or follow the instructions on YouTube to make one yourself if you can do a little metalwork. |

Now that VSC tools fence has been posted, Can also DIY a fence: http://www.twistedknotwoodshop.com/PDF%20Files/tsquarefence.pdf IMHO – The best comes down to your personal preference. My personal favorite is the long discontinued Delta Unifence. Occasionally find them on fleabay, but they are getting expensive. Harvey Woodworking new table saw’s have a Euro style fence with that is similar head to Unifence with Beisemeyer style t-square rail. Seems like best of both worlds to Unifence person like me? Have not seen this fence sold as separate unit, but might be worth inquiry to Harvey if you like the advantages of aluminum multi-position rail. Best Luck with fence decision. -- If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all, - Albert King - Born Under a Bad Sign released 1967 |

I ended up buying a Vega Pro 50. I found one locally, used, for $200. Not a bad pair with my new Unisaw (which I bought without a fence/rails. I will try this for a while and see if it doesn’t work for me. Thanks for everything guys. The VSCT fences are pretty good looking too. |
