I’ve done similar things on my hobbyist CNC. It’s just a matter of painting the piece, covering the painted area with adhesive shelf paper, and routing out everything you don’t want to be painted. Then, remove the rest of the paper. It’s a bit fidgety, but it works. Here is a Guy Fawkes mask that I did on white melamine. It’s the opposite of your project. The white was already there. All I had to do was paint the black. -- Grant Wilkinson, Ottawa ON |

I’m just interest in the CNC work. I can take care of the rest… I’m interested in the god, bad an ugly looking to see what it would cost me to get all three done? |

Sorry, I misunderstood. I can do them, but since I’m in Canada, I doubt that we can do business. It looks like GrantA is your man. -- Grant Wilkinson, Ottawa ON |
