Dose anyone have experience with these saws? I would like to upgrade the guides to Carter barings. I think it’s a knockoff of a jet or delta.

It’s a Delta clone like all of the 14” cast iron frame saws, and I personally wouldn’t waste any money putting those Carter guides on it – unless you are talking about the stabalizer, which is awesome. Can’t tell by the picture, but if your guides are HSS, then that is the best you can get IMO. Here is a nice article you may want to read regarding guides on these machines and the false “heat” factor many people cite (interesting test on page 2!):

The rub blocks are not metal but look like they are some kind of composite
